Cost calculator
What it costs before we charge you.
Authority fees, the local presence each jurisdiction requires, and what recurs every year after — quoted in the currency the payee actually charges in, with the source for every figure attached. No conversion, no rounding into a headline number.

The standard route. The company is registered directly in the e-Business Register using a digital ID, without a notary.
Paid to the e-Business Register when the application is filed.

Share capital
Share capital is committed, not spent, so it never appears as a cost line. Confirm the current minimum and whether it must be paid in before registration.

How to read it
An estimate is not a quote.
- Statutory
- A fee an authority publishes and charges at a fixed amount. It is the same for everyone and changes only when the schedule changes.
- Market rate
- What providers charge for something the law requires you to have — a registered agent, a workspace, a name search. It moves with the provider, so it is always shown as a band.
- One-off against yearly
- Kept apart on purpose. The cost of holding a company open is a different decision from the cost of opening it, and merging them hides the one that compounds.
- Before Euronexis fees
- Every figure here is what a third party charges. Our coordination fee is quoted against your case and is not in these totals.
Fees, thresholds, and authority practice change without notice, and the figures above are compiled from published schedules rather than from your file. Nothing on this page is a quotation, an offer, or advice, and no variable third-party charge should be treated as fixed until it has been confirmed for your case.
Turn it into a figure
The cheapest jurisdiction is rarely the right one.
Filing fees are the smallest variable in this decision. Where your customers are, who owns the company, and whether a bank will open an account matter more — and an assessment weighs all three before anyone quotes you.
