FAQ

The questions worth asking first.

Eighteen answers on formation, banking, tax, mobility, documents, pricing, and where our responsibility ends and a regulated professional’s begins.

Q-01

The platform

What does Euronexis do?

Euronexis helps founders and companies assess countries, coordinate company formation, prepare licensing, tax and banking steps, review business-linked mobility options, and manage ongoing compliance through one digital platform.

Is Euronexis a law firm, accounting firm, bank, or government agency?

Euronexis is a business setup and expansion coordination platform. Regulated legal, tax, accounting, immigration, notarial, or other professional work is delivered or reviewed by appropriately qualified local professionals where required.

Which countries do you support?

The initial launch markets are China, the UAE, the United States, Canada, Lithuania, and Estonia. Additional markets may be introduced through verified partner networks.

How do I start?

Complete the country assessment, choose a country page, place a standard order, or book a consultation for complex or multi-country cases.

Q-02

Choosing a market

How do I know which country is right for my business?

Start with the Country Match Assessment. Euronexis reviews business activity, customers, ownership, banking, budget, mobility, compliance tolerance, and future expansion before recommending a route.

Can I form a company as a non-resident?

Non-resident ownership is possible in many countries and structures, but local directors, addresses, agents, capital, licensing, tax, banking, substance, or immigration requirements may apply.

Can everything be completed remotely?

Some services can be coordinated remotely, while others may require in-person identification, bank attendance, local signatures, biometrics, document collection, medical checks, or physical premises.

How long does setup take?

Timelines vary by country, activity, document readiness, licensing, authentication, authority review, banking, and client responsiveness. Euronexis provides an estimated sequence, not a guaranteed date.

Q-03

Documents, cost & scope

What documents are usually required?

Common documents include passports, proof of address, ownership details, source-of-funds evidence, business description, proposed activity, corporate records for shareholder companies, and supporting commercial documents. Requirements vary.

How are prices calculated?

Pricing may include Euronexis fees, government charges, registered office or agent costs, licences, professional fees, translation, notarisation, courier, banking support, immigration fees, tax onboarding, and recurring renewals.

Can I buy only one service?

Yes. Clients may purchase an assessment, formation, banking-readiness, compliance, or other defined service, subject to country availability and dependencies.

Can you manage a company that already exists?

Yes. Existing companies can be onboarded into the workspace for document organisation, compliance tracking, professional coordination, and expansion planning.

Q-04

Outcomes & guarantees

Does company formation guarantee a bank account?

No. Banks and fintech providers conduct independent KYC, sanctions, risk, business-purpose, source-of-funds, and transaction reviews.

Does company formation guarantee a visa or residence permit?

No. Company setup and immigration are separate processes. Any founder, investor, employee, startup, or residence pathway requires independent eligibility review and government approval.

Will Euronexis guarantee approval?

No. No registration, licence, tax treatment, bank account, visa, permit, funding, or processing outcome can be guaranteed.

Q-05

AI assistant & partners

How does the AI assistant use my information?

NEXA uses information provided by the user and relevant platform records to create guidance and next actions. Access should be permissioned, and sensitive data should be handled according to the privacy notice and data-security controls.

Can I rely on the AI assistant as legal or tax advice?

No. NEXA provides information and workflow support. Case-specific legal, tax, accounting, banking, regulatory, and immigration decisions require professional review.

How do you select local partners?

Partners should be assessed for qualifications, jurisdiction, service capability, experience, responsiveness, data handling, conflicts, and quality. Appointment of a partner does not remove the client's right to understand who performs regulated work.
