How to Onboard an Existing Company into Euronexis

Bringing an entity you already own into one workspace: what to gather, what gets checked, and what changes afterwards.

Most companies that come to Euronexis already exist. They were formed somewhere reasonable, and then the records scattered — a formation agent holds the corporate documents, an accountant holds the filings, a founder's inbox holds everything else, and nobody holds the picture of what falls due next.

Onboarding starts by reconstructing that picture: the corporate record set, the current filing and good-standing position, the licences held and their renewal conditions, the ownership chain as actually registered, and the recurring obligations that apply in every jurisdiction the company touches. Where something is missing or overdue, the point of the exercise is to find it now rather than during a bank's review.

From there the entity is managed like any other case — documents held in the workspace vault, obligations tracked against dates with a named owner, and an entity health score that degrades as items fall due, so the position is visible before it becomes urgent. Nothing about the company itself changes. What changes is that its state is knowable without three phone calls.
